Welcome to Let’s Car’raoke (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking a service, or participating in any Let’s Car’raoke experience, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. Nature of Our Service
Let’s Car’raoke provides entertainment-based transportation experiences that combine music, lighting effects, and interactive elements. Our services are designed for enjoyment and novelty and are not medical, therapeutic, or clinical services, even when music or sensory experiences may feel uplifting or calming.
2. Assumption of Risk & Sensory Warning
Our vehicles may include, but are not limited to:
Disco or strobe-style lighting
LED lighting effects
Music played at varying volumes
Visual displays and screen content
Important Sensitivity Notice:
Some individuals may experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, anxiety, headaches, or seizures when exposed to flashing lights, strobe effects, loud music, or visual stimulation. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals with:
Photosensitive epilepsy
Sensory processing disorders
Autism spectrum sensitivities
Migraines or light sensitivity
Anxiety or panic disorders
By using our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these sensory elements.
If you or anyone in your party has known sensitivities, it is your responsibility to notify us before the ride begins. While we may attempt reasonable accommodations when requested in advance, we do not guarantee the elimination of all sensory triggers.
3. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims
Let’s Car’raoke does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or healthcare services. Any references to “music therapy,” wellness, or emotional benefit are descriptive only and should not be interpreted as licensed therapeutic services unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
4. Passenger Conduct & Safety
Passengers agree to:
Follow driver instructions at all times
Remain seated and wear seatbelts where required by law
Refrain from actions that may distract the driver
Avoid excessive movement, standing, or physical interference with equipment
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.
5. Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise permitted in writing. The booking adult assumes full responsibility for all minors in their party, including supervision and suitability of the experience
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Car’raoke, its owners, officers, drivers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Physical discomfort, injury, or medical events related to sensory exposure
Emotional distress or anxiety
Loss of personal property
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is limited to the amount paid for the ride, if any, at our discretion.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Let’s Car’raoke from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Your participation in our services
Failure to disclose sensitivities or medical conditions
Violation of these Terms
8. Website Use
You may not:
Use our site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to copy, scrape, or misuse content
Misrepresent affiliation with Let’s Car’raoke
All content, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Let’s Car’raoke or its licensors
9. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify services, features, pricing, and these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
